Calling all local writers and illustrators for Children and Young Adults!
Jointly sponsored by the Arts Consortium of Carver County, Authors’ Collective, and the Chanhassen Library, this exciting event offers opportunities to hear published authors and book illustrators, who will also be available for hands-on, resource information, and one-on-one consultations

Program (Wilder Room), 1:00-4:30: Alicia Schwab, “Children’s Book Illustration”; Gail Lipe, “Chapbooks Updated”; Kelsey Swanson, “Story Telling Through Illustration”; Sara Matson, “Writing for Children’s Magazines.”
Program (Lovelace and Longfellow Rooms), 2:00-4:30, Laurel Means and Ann Page will hold small group and individual workshops on “The Challenges of Writing and Publishing for Children and Young Adults.”
