Program and Event Submission Form (For ACCC Members Only)
Would you like the ACCC to promote your Program, Exhibit or Event to Arts Consortium Members, Subscribers and Followers? This opportunity is available to ACCC Members only (individual, company or organization).
If you’d like to TEACH a class, please go to our How to Submit a Class page for instructions specifically for running Classes at the Arts Center.
Programs and Events will be posted on the ACCC website, promoted on the ACCC Facebook page and Instagram, and, as space allows, will be included in the monthly ACCC Newsletter, ArtMatters.
Submissions will be approved by the ACCC Board of Directors or a Liaison prior to publication. If we have questions about your program or event, we will contact you. Once your program or event has been published, we will send you the link for sharing with your own followers.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your event to be posted, longer if a graphic is not supplied and we need to create one for your ACCC event.
By submitting this information, you agree that you (or a representative for your program or event) will “like” and share on social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram), the ACCC posts, emails and communication with your supporters, subscribers, etc.
Attention ACCC Event Coordinators:
Please fill out this form once and check the “Call for Artists” box. Your message is geared towards the Artists. Provide details. Fill out this form a second time when you are ready to “Invite the Public” where you will gear your message towards getting the public excited to attend, explain expectations, describe the event, maybe list the participants, encourage them to bring friends, help us spread the word, etc.
As a reminder, if you are teaching a class that will be at the Arts Center, visit our How to Submit a Class page instead of using this form.
After you hit SUBMIT, make sure you see “Your submission was sent successfully. Thanks.” Otherwise, we will not receive your submission. Refresh your web browser before you submit a second program or event.
