How to Submit an On Demand Lesson
On Demand Learning Instructors, please follow this timeline and let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!
STEP 1 – Confirm that your ACCC Membership is current. We have a new, integrated Membership system, please go to the Account page. Login to verify your Membership is current. If you haven’t logged into your new ACCC Membership Account yet, start by requesting a password on the Account page.
STEP 2 – Directory Listing. ACCC Members are strongly encouraged to have a complete Directory Listing on the ACCC website if they are teaching an On Demand Lesson. To make any edits to your Directory listing, log into your Account from the Account page.
STEP 3 – Email the On Demand Learning Coordinator a brief description of the art medium and focus of your video you want to create or have created i.e. guitar, poetry, watercolor, charcoal, pottery, etc. Include title, price for purchasing access to your video, description of lesson in the video & length. Email ondemandlearning@artsofcarvercounty.org.
Please note that all videos provided for On Demand Learning must be edited, including introduction and material list. Link provided must be active and available 24/7. We recommend allowing view only access to your video lesson. If you choose to no longer offer a lesson, you must allow 30 day notice for any purchases to have ample opportunity to view!
If the Coordinator approves your On Demand Learning, you will get a password for the next step. Instructor and Coordinator confirm expectations and delivery method.
STEP 4 – Complete the online Instructor Profile Submission Form. Our website admin will add your profile to the Instructor Profile page on the website.
STEP 5 – Complete the online On Demand Learning Submission Form. This provides us with detailed information so we can add the lesson to the On Demand Learning page and promote it using social media and email. Our Admin will provide the Instructor with a link to the lesson so you can promote it to your network too. We appreciate you sharing your lesson offering with your clients, friends and family, professional and social networks, to make it as successful as possible.
STEP 6 – Students purchase your On Demand Lesson.
STEP 7 – The Treasurer will mail the Instructor their portion of the lesson fees collected via our online bill pay process at the end of the month. Instructors are paid 70% of the Net Lesson Fee Collected (After any Member discounts and credit card processing fees). The remaining 30% goes to the ACCC to help support the Arts Center.
Classes, On Demand Learning, Programs and Events are coordinated by Volunteers. If you’d like to be on a committee please visit our Volunteer Opportunities page.
Thank you and we look forward to receiving your ideas for On Demand Learning!
