How to Submit Your Art For Display and Sale at the ACCC Gallery

You must be registered and have fees paid for a specific Arts Gallery exhibit before submitting your artwork to be displayed and shown.

STEP 1

Read the Gift Shop and Gallery Guidelines & Standards.  Make sure you understand all of the guidelines, for example, your work must include wire on the back for hanging.

STEP 2

Complete and submit the Gallery Intake Form – see options below to submit the form:

  • Print form, fill it out and send a scan as an email attachment to: gallery@artsofcarvercounty.org
    or mail to: ACCC, 1661 Park Drive, Chaska, MN 55318 OR
  • Fill out form online, click the download button and save it to your computer, then send as an email attachment to: gallery@artsofcarvercounty.org. Instructions may vary depending on your device.

Note: send the completed form BEFORE you bring your art to the Arts Center.
Our volunteers rely on the information on your Label and the ART Intake Form to match exactly so we can sell your art.

Any ACCC Member with artwork in our Gift Shop or in an Exhibit who works 6+ hours in the Arts Center in a given month will earn an extra 10% commission on the sale of their work for that month.  See the Exhibitions at the Arts Center page for future shows.

STEP 3

Label Your Work – For large wall art, please use our Artist Delivery Tag Template to create a label for your work. For small items like jewelry and pottery, be sure you have a professional-looking label/tag/sticker on every piece.

Attach the tag to your work BEFORE you bring it to the Center. Please use the same item number on the label that you supplied on the Gallery Intake Form so our Volunteers can easily identify your work at the checkout desk.

STEP 4

Drop off your artwork –  bring to the Arts Center: 1661 Park Drive, Chaska, MN during one of the specified drop off times for the exhibit in which you are registered.

ACCC Member Recommendation

Check to see if your Directory Listing on the ACCC website is complete and up to date if you are participating in a show or event. Our Directory allows for multiple images of your work, links to all of your social media profiles, your website, phone number, profile image as well as a detailed description of your work.

To view your current listing: Go to the Directory for your genre and search your name.

To update your listing: Go to the Account page, login to your account and select the “About” and/or “Directory” tabs to add or revise your infomation.

Your Directory Listing will remain on our website as long as you are a current ACCC Member. This is a benefit of Membership and not show/program-specific. Your Directory Listing allows us to promote you year-round, it shows the strength of our Membership to the community and helps us when we submit grant applications.

How we promote our exhibits

The ACCC Arts Center Exhibits are promoted on our Exhibits page, via email to our subscribers, on our Facebook page, with postcards, and via other local media. We appreciate you sharing the Event materials with your clients, friends and family, professional and social networks, to make it as successful as possible.
