How to Submit Your Art For Display and Sale at the ACCC Gallery

Step 1: Read the Art Gallery Guidelines

Step 2: Complete and Submit the Gallery Intake Form

Option 1: Print the form and mail it to:

Option 2: Submit the form electronically

  1. Complete the fillable form.
  2. Download and save the document to your computer.
  3. Email the saved document as an attachment to: gallery@artsofcarvercounty.org

Step 3: Label Your Artwork

For large wall art, please use our Artist Delivery Tag Template to create a label for your work. For smaller items (e.g., jewelry or pottery), create a professional-looking label, tag, or sticker for each piece.

Step 4: Drop Off Your Artwork

Coordinate a drop-off time with the gallery coordinator. The ACCC Gallery is located at:

Step 5: Update Your ACCC Directory Listing

If you are participating in a gallery exhibit, we recommend checking that your directory listing on the ACCC website is complete and up to date. The directory allows you to showcase multiple images of your work, links to your social media profiles, and includes your contact information and a detailed description of your work.

To view your current listing:

  1. Visit the Directory for your genre and search for your name.

To update your listing:

  1. Go to the Account page.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Select the “About” and/or “Directory” tabs to add or revise your information.

Your Directory Listing will remain on our website as long as you are a current ACCC Member. This listing is a membership benefit and is not tied to any specific show or program.
